      <title>Sensit Somatics New Year's Ritual of Wholeness</title>

      <description>&lt;p jsan="7.place-name" jstcache="36"&gt;Following the principles of our body&amp;#39;s original design: connectedness and continuity - our practice will serve as a ritual of connecting and honoring all aspects of our being.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;We will begin with the awareness of the HEART as our physiological and emotional center, sensing into the pericardium - the protective fascial membrane that surrounds the heart and ties directly into the area of the throat and the organs of vocalisation.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p jsan="7.place-name" jstcache="36"&gt;It is these fascial continuities that will help us observe how certain feelings (joy, grief, shame..) manifest in the heart-throat area, emanating particular energy fields. &lt;p&gt;While moving at a moderate pace, we will:&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

Following these templates and patterns that have already been paved for us by the intelligence of our (self)creation, we tap into our original design. The movement feels natural, like water flowing along the carved stone lines. Oftentimes, subtle spaces from within open up, without any need for stretching or pulling. It is from these subtle spaces that clarity of perception, and (re)learning can arise.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

&lt;p&gt;- Trace and map the bones, suspended inside their wider fluid environment.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

&lt;p&gt;- Revitalize the organ body by encouraging the jellyfish-like motion of our diaphragm.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

&lt;p&gt;When we move with relaxed presence and increased sensitivity, the body signals which places accumulate unnecessary tension. In Sensit Yoga we learn to release this tension by directing our attention and breath, by initiating movement from different points in the body, and by utilizing our relationship to gravity in particular ways.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;When the energy that was holding the accumulated tension gets unleashed, the result is an energized, joyful and effortless way of moving and being.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
