&lt;p&gt;Maja is a passionate explorer of yoga as a process of human healing and growth.&amp;nbsp;Her life and teaching are dedicated to connecting with people with presence and care. Her Sensit Yoga method consists of applicable, mindful,&amp;nbsp;and embodied approach to physical movement. She invites students to move and learn with increased sensitivity and heightened awareness. The healing of body-mind happens through a cultivation of a respectful, kind and supportive inner relationship. This integrative approach helps us understand our needs, feelings and aspirations, and to create new patterns of&amp;nbsp;choosing for ourselves what serves our health and wellbeing. Interoceptive movement is a gradual process of coming home to ourselves through healthy and conscious living.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;Maja&amp;#39;s note: The outside world is merely a reflection of our inner state. Increasingly integrating (the seemingly scattered) parts of the self through yoga and other awareness practices, we begin to see the profound connections and interdependence everywhere we look. From the separation dream, we gradually wake up to the fact that our individual spiritual growth is both contributing to, and strongly dependent on the degree of the evolution of the collective. Whether through meditation, mindful asana practice, aware and respectful parenting, acts of self-nurture, being in service to the underprivileged, or through simple random acts of kindness, yoga truly comes alive when the context behind our actions is a desire to contribute to the elevation of consciousness of the humanity as a whole.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

&lt;p align="justify"&gt;Maja was drawn to psychology, meditation and spirituality since early teenagehood. With her first yoga teachers - Swami Nirvikalpa and Swami Bhajanananda of Satyananda Yoga tradition - she realised that yoga is an awareness practice that enables us to deepen the understanding of the self. She studied and trained in yoga of various styles and traditions. Since 2013 she has been studying and integrating in her teaching the influences from the Body Mind Centering, Feldenkreis ATM, Continuum and other somatic movement modalities.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;She also holds a diploma in Primal Integration Psychotherapy training in Ontario, Canada.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;cite&gt;University studies:&lt;/cite&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;- Economy and social sciences at the Greek National University of Athens, and Open University of UK, respectively.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;- Master degree in political science at the Greek National University of Athens, on conflict transformation in the Balkans by non-violent means and grass-root peacebuilding&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;Maja is passionate about yoga as a tool for social action and she often organises events that aim at supporting sensitive and marginalised groups.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

Then we will use conscious touch, sounds and movement-asanas to connect with embryological phases (endoderm-yolk sac, ectoderm-amniotic sac) that could still be felt in our today body. &lt;p&gt;My journey in yoga and &amp;ldquo;body explorations&amp;rdquo; in general started when I was 18. I was intensively looking for a way to have a connection with my body. Since then I&amp;rsquo;m still exploring ways to connect deeper and deeper with myself and to inspire others to do so.&amp;nbsp; Yoga is the main path through which I&amp;rsquo;ve found a connection with myself in general. Then, Sensit Yoga was a magic doorway to my inner universe. Sensit Yoga for me offers the pure essence of Yoga, the tools and ways to explore the self, and the inner connectedness. As well as the connectedness that exists in the whole universe. I&amp;rsquo;ve completed 500hr of Yoga studies at Athens Yoga with Maja Zilih and other teachers. Studies for me never ends, there is always something different, something new to discover. I&amp;rsquo;m dedicated in finding ways to make yoga accessible to anyone who is interested in it, regardless of age, body abilities and social background. I&amp;rsquo;m always happy to inspire others to explore their own inner universes and the way that it&amp;rsquo;s connected with all the other universes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

Η περιτονία είναι ένα είδος συνδετικού ιστού και χαρακτηρίζεται ως περιτονιακό δίκτυο που απλώνεται σε τριασδιάστατη μορφή σε κάθε σπιθαμή του σώματός μας, αγκαλιάζει και περικλείει τον μυικό ιστό, οποιοδήποτε ιστό, συνδέσμους, τένοντες, απονευρώσεις, οστά, θύλακες, όπως επίσης και όλα τα εσωτερικά όργανα, σπλάχνα αδένες, εγκέφαλο. Η αναγνώριση και η ενσωμάτωση αυτού του οργάνου - της περιτονίας - μας διδάσκει πως τίποτα δεν είναι κυρίαρχος έναντι των άλλων, αποτυπώνει την εσωτερική συνδεσιμότητα, αλληλουχία, αλληλεξαρτηση και αλληλεπιδραση, αλλά και το επίσης σημαντικό ότι τα πάντα έχουν το χώρο τους και την Αυθυπαρξία τους! Μετακινώντας τη προσοχή μας απο τον μικρόκοσμό μας στο μακρόκοσμό, Σύμπαν, θα συμφωνήσουμε με τη θεωρία ότι πολλά χαρακτηριστικά του ανθρώπινου σώματος αντικατροπτίζουν τη δομή και τη λειτουργία του Σύμπαντος καθώς και εκεί τιποτα δεν λειτουργεί αποκομμένα ...&lt;br /&gt;&#xD;

	Η Πετρίδου Ιωάννα είναι πτυχιούχος του Τμήματος Φυσικής Αγωγής και Αθλητισμού του Εθνικού Καποδιστρικού&amp;nbsp; Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών.Η ινδική φιλοσοφία,η οποία έχει ενσωματωμένη την &amp;lsquo;&amp;rsquo;ασκηση&amp;rsquo;&amp;rsquo; του νου και του φυσικού σώματος, κέντρισε το ενδιαφέρον της και έγινε η αφορμή να λάβει την εκπαίδευση 200 ωρών δασκάλων γιόγκα το 2017 στην&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;AF.Mε μεγάλη της χαρά γνώρισε τη Sensit Yoga και έτσι συνέχισε την εκπαιδευσή της με σεμινάρια της Μaja&amp;rsquo;s Zilih, όπως&amp;nbsp; Awakening the breath, Organ Series Workshop (The Lungs, The Heart,The Digestive System,The Urinary and Reproductive System) ,Immersions 1, 2, 3,&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Nervous System Regulation/Restorative Yoga. Η υπέροχη μέθοδος της Sensit Yoga καθώς&amp;nbsp; και ο εξαιρετικός τρόπος διδασκαλίας της Maja Zilih, αδιαμφισβήτητα της άνοιξε την πόρτα για&amp;nbsp; βαθύτερη κατανόηση-συνειδητοποίση αλλά και&amp;nbsp; επιβεβαιώσε την πιστή της για άλλη μια φορα, ότι κίνηση σημαίνει λαμβανω εμπειρία, διδάσκομαι και Ζω, καθώς λειτουργεί αναζωογονητικά, προληπτικά, θεραπευτικά, επουλωτικά σε όλα τα επίπεδα της ζωης. Στην προσπάθεια της να συλλαβει και να κατανοήσει τη φιλοσοφία της γιόγκα παρακολουθεί μαθήματα εκμάθησης της Σανσκριτικής γλώσσας και Ινδικής Φιλοσοφίας .Τα τελευταία εξι χρόνια μέχρι και σήμερα εργαζεται&amp;nbsp; σε κέντρο Οστεοπαθογίας στην Αθήνα.&lt;/div&gt;&#xD;

During the same period she has attended training courses, seminars and workshops with great teachers such as Sue Elkind (Prenatal Yoga), Elyzabeth Williamson (Partner Yoga), Anodea Judith (Chakra Yoga), Jivana Heyman (Accessible Yoga), Michael Stone, Carlos Pomeda (Meditation and Philosophy of Yoga), John Friend (Anusara Yoga), Todd Tesen, Vicki Howie, Jay Martin, Alesandro Ortona, Desiree Rimbaugh and others. During the last few years, her exploratory nature and dedicated practice and teaching led her to attend immersions, workshops and retreats on methods that expand beyond the common field of yoga, such as&amp;nbsp; Embodied Flow&amp;nbsp; with Tara Judelle and Sensit Yoga Somatics with Maja Zilih. In addition to teaching private and group yoga classes, Anna has participated as instructor trainer in the 200hrs and 300hrs Teachers&amp;rsquo; Trainings of Athens Yoga Center. She has also taught workshops and retreats in Austria and Crete. Anna has also studied as a surveying engineer at the National Technical University of Athens and she hosts a web music radio show.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

	&lt;p&gt;&lt;cite&gt;There are different sources of stress that effect the bodymind, one of them being social injustice. Studies show that socially more vulnerable groups like People of Color or LGBTIQ+ people are therefore at a higher risk of developing stress-related illnesses like heart diseases, sleeping disorders, chronic pain and so on. &lt;/cite&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;cite&gt;Energetically, stress cuts our connection to the ground, gives us tunnel vision and a floating feeling by challenging our healthy boundaries.&lt;/cite&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;cite&gt;This yoga session will focus on re-establishing a nurturing connection to the ground/Earth and on sensing our inner spaciousness. Through playful awareness of gravity and bodily orientation in space-time we aim to find the ground that carries us with stability and lightness and confirms our right to exist and to take up space in the world under our/your conditions. Humming exercises not only aim at soothing the Vagus nerve but also at connecting us to a network of vibrations so that the individual opens up to the possibility of embodied social justice.&lt;/cite&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

	Born in 1980 on a small Austrian farm, Silk is a queer/non-binary yoga teacher and student of somatic methods and Hara Shiatsu. They had an early intuitive interest in meditation and exploration of the nature of consciousness. The first hatha yoga classes they attended highlighted on a personal level the need for including the very materiality of the physical body to find deeper connection within. On a more social level they revealed a lack of awareness in the austrian yoga world on topics like gender diversity, whiteness and different body privileges for a deeper connection beyond the mat.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
&lt;div&gt;&#xD;
	Over the years - following Scaravelli inspired yoga teacher Veronica Wunderlich and completing a 4-year yoga teacher training in 2015 led by Dagmar Shorny and Ria Hodges in the tradition of T.K.V.
