The training offers you a variety of tools and methods for self-care and emotional regulation based on somatic awareness. They are designed to help students/clients better understand the language of their body, and thereby improve and refine the mind-body communication. They are simple but profound, and as such, they can be easily integrated into yoga, meditation or other therapeutic sessions.
