Sensit Yoga class

The essence of Sensit Yoga Somatics is tunning into the wisdom of the body as a source of support, healing, sensory aliveness and self-discovery. It is a practice of self-care and body-mind integration. The sessions combine embodied movement, breathwork, and meditation. When we release accumulated tension and revitalize our tissues, we experience a joyful and effortless way of moving and being.
